Training built for the people doing the work.

Not a generic AI overview. Not a vendor pitch. Every session is designed to connect AI capability to the actual role in the room.

Teams new to AI

No prior experience required. AI 101 and AI Essentials give teams a shared foundation — what AI is, what it can do, and how to start using it on real work this week.

Leaders making decisions about AI

The AI Leadership Briefing is built for executives and senior managers who need a clear, jargon-free picture of AI's impact — without sitting through a tool demo.

Organizations building AI capability

The Practitioner and Champions programs are for teams ready to go beyond awareness — developing working knowledge, workflow integration, and internal AI champions.

All five programs — open enrollment.

Every program runs publicly on a scheduled cohort basis and can also be delivered privately for your team or organization. Prices in CAD.

Level 01
AI 101
90 min Virtual In-person

The starting point. AI 101 is a 90-minute live session that explains what AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude actually do — in plain language, with real demos, no jargon. For anyone who's been curious about AI but hasn't had someone explain it clearly and practically.

  • What AI tools actually do and don't do — clearly explained
  • A live demo: a real task solved with AI in front of you, in real time
  • Where AI helps in everyday work, with concrete examples
  • What to watch out for: data privacy, accuracy, and bias
  • Three things you can try on your own this week

  • What AI can and can't do at an organizational level — honest, not hyped
  • Where AI creates the most value in operations, service delivery, and decision-making
  • Risk, governance, and the questions boards and leadership teams are asking
  • How to evaluate AI readiness and where to start

Level 04
AI Practitioner Program

  • Session 1 — Advanced prompting, task decomposition, and output quality control
  • Session 2 — Workflow integration: where AI fits in your existing process and how to build the habit
  • Session 3 — Applied project: participants solve a real work challenge using AI, with facilitated review
  • Practitioner reference guide for ongoing use
  • 30-day check-in included

The deepest engagement. The AI Champions Program builds a small group of internal advocates who can drive AI adoption across their team or department. • Full AI Essentials and Practitioner curriculum embedded in the program
  • Tool evaluation frameworks for assessing and recommending AI solutions
  • Facilitation skills: how to run internal AI workshops and demos
  • Change management basics: how to drive adoption without authority

Straight answers.

Do I need any technical background to attend? +
No. AI 101 and AI Essentials are designed for people with no technical background. If you can write an email, you can follow the session. The Practitioner and Champions programs assume you've completed Essentials or have equivalent hands-on experience.
What tools do I need before attending? +
A free ChatGPT or Claude account is helpful but not required — you'll be guided to set one up during AI 101 if you haven't already. For hands-on sessions (Essentials and above), bring a laptop. No software to install in advance.
Can my whole team attend? +
Yes. For groups of 6 or more, a private corporate session is usually more cost-effective than public enrollment and allows the content to be tailored to your industry and workflows. Book a call to discuss options.
Are sessions recorded? +
Public sessions are not recorded — the live format is intentional. Corporate sessions can include a recording for participants who miss a session, arranged in advance.
What's the difference between public and corporate pricing? +
Public programs are open-enrollment cohorts where individuals register independently. Corporate pricing covers a private session delivered exclusively for your team, with intake customization, a tailored workbook, and flexible scheduling. Corporate sessions are not available at public pricing.
How far in advance do I need to book? +
Public programs: as soon as cohort dates are announced — seats are limited. Corporate programs: typically 1–2 weeks' lead time for Essentials-level sessions; 3–4 weeks for Practitioner and Champions programs that require custom development.
Is there a refund policy? +
Full refund if you cancel more than 5 business days before the session. Within 5 days, you can transfer your registration to the next available cohort or receive a credit. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Can sessions be delivered in-person? +
Yes. AI 101 and AI Essentials are regularly delivered in-person in Vancouver. All other programs can be delivered in-person for corporate clients — travel costs are additional for locations outside Greater Vancouver.
