90 minutes. Six things you can use tomorrow.

No technical background required. If you can write an email, you can follow this session.

01

What AI tools actually do

A clear, honest explanation of how tools like ChatGPT and Claude work — and what they genuinely can and can't do. No hype, no oversimplification.

02

Where AI helps in real work

Concrete examples across writing, analysis, research, communication, and operations. You'll recognize the patterns in your own week.

03

A live demo in real time

Watch a real task get solved with AI during the session — not a polished example from a video. You'll see what the output actually looks like and how to improve it.

04

The prompting basics that matter

One simple framework for writing better prompts. The difference between a generic output and a useful one usually comes down to a single sentence of context.

05

What to watch out for

Data privacy, accuracy limits, bias, and the questions you should ask before using AI on real work. Practical, not alarmist.

06

Three things to try this week

You'll leave with a specific list of next steps matched to your experience level — something to do today, something to try this week, and a direction to build toward.

It's not just 90 minutes.

Your $49 seat includes the live session, a full recording, a follow-up Q&A, and four take-home tools — everything you need to turn one session into an AI habit you'll actually use.

Min 0–10 · Welcome
What we're here for
Session overview, housekeeping, and a quick show of hands to calibrate the room. What you'll leave with and why it matters now, not in two years.
Min 10–30 · The Foundation
What AI is — and isn't
Myth busting, a plain-language explanation of how large language models work, the difference between AI tools you've probably heard of, and why the hype and the fear are both missing the point.
Min 30–50 · Real Work
Where it actually helps
Category-by-category breakdown of where AI creates real value in everyday work — and where it doesn't. Includes a live demo solving a real task in front of the group.
Min 50–65 · The Basics
How to use it well
The one prompting framework you actually need. Before/after examples showing what changes when you add context, role, and constraints. Common mistakes and how to avoid them.
Min 65–80 · The Guardrails
What to watch out for
Data privacy, accuracy and hallucinations, bias in AI outputs, and how to make good judgment calls about when to use AI and when not to. Practical and direct — not scary.
Min 80–90 · What's Next
Three things to try this week
Specific, actionable next steps based on where you are right now. Open Q&A for anything not covered. Questions that don't get answered live get picked up in the follow-up Q&A session two weeks later.

Ryan Rezeika
Founder, ResonAi · Applied AI Strategy & Training

Ryan brings 20 years of enterprise technology transformation experience — including major programs at ADP, Honeywell, and TELUS — to AI training that's built for people doing real work, not researchers or developers. He founded ResonAi to close the gap between AI capability and organizational execution. AI 101 is the starting point of that path.

His facilitation is direct and practical. No slides full of statistics about the future. Demonstrations use real tools, real prompts, and real outputs — including ones that fail.

Quick answers.

Do I need any technical background? +
None. AI 101 is designed for people with no technical background. If you use email and a web browser for work, you can follow the session and apply what you learn immediately.
Do I need to have a ChatGPT or Claude account? +
No — you'll be guided to set one up if you want to follow along during the live demo. It takes two minutes. Free accounts on both platforms are sufficient for AI 101.
What if I can't make the live session? +
Every registrant gets the full session recording within 48 hours. You can watch, pause, and rewatch on your own time. You'll also get access to the follow-up Q&A session two weeks later — come with any questions that came up while watching the recording.
Is the session recorded? +
Yes. AI 101 is recorded and every registrant gets access to the full replay within 48 hours of the live session. The recording is yours to keep — rewatch it, pause to take notes, or share it with colleagues on your team.
How does the follow-up Q&A session work? +
Two weeks after AI 101, I run a 30-minute group Q&A call on Google Meet — Wednesday, May 27 at 12:00 PM PT. Every AI 101 registrant is invited at no extra charge. Bring any questions that came up after you started using AI on your own work.
What's the refund policy? +
Full refund if you cancel more than 5 business days before the session. Within 5 days, your registration transfers to the next cohort. Email ryan@resonai.ai to arrange either.
Can I bring my team? +
Each person needs their own registration. For groups of 6 or more, a private corporate session is usually more cost-effective and can be tailored to your industry. Book a call at resonai.ai to discuss.
What comes after AI 101? +
AI Essentials is the natural next step — a half-day hands-on session where you practice using AI on your own work. AI 101 attendees get early access and a discounted rate on AI Essentials. Details shared in the post-session follow-up.
